We use this system to organize item categories for quick reference. When an Auction Systems’ appraiser returns from the appraisal field review, the computerized system helps them to organize the newly collected data and assist in cross-referencing items with available pricing information. This process gives the appraiser a clear overview of values - values that are refined based on the appraiser's experience, judgment and on-site observations. Finally, the system generates the appraisal document, exercising a number of built-in, fail-safe mechanisms to eliminate common clerical errors. Fee Structure

Professional appraisals are conducted on an hourly basis at $250 per hour with a 3 hour minimum for simple personal property and business valuation appraisals. Expert testimony and deposition work is billed on a per day basis at a rate of $3,000 per day.
